Video: Left 4 Dead 2

A few days ago Microsoft and Valve announced Left 4 Dead 2. Left 4 Dead was hands down one of the most amazing zombie games i have ever played (and I love zombies). This time the survivors are in Louisiana and there's way more options than in the first installment.

The option for melee combat has been added, with weapons such as axes, chainsaws, frying pans, and more. L4D2 also added the option to change weather effects, world objects, and pathways in addition to tailoring the enemy population, effects, and sounds to match the players' performance. It will feature new Survivors, boss zombies, weapons, and items, too, as well as more co-operative campaigns, more Versus campaigns, and maps for Survival mode available at launch.

Look out for Left 4 Dead 2 on your Xbox 360 November 17th

Spider-Man: Web of Shadows

Sorry about the lack of posts recently, but my internet was out for a while, on top of the fact that I started school this week. But I bring to you an amazing video that I think that you guys will like. You have to watch it until the end, for a...let's say "special version" of Wolverine.

I'm definitely getting that game, and as my boy Optimus said
"VENOM + WOLVERINE = BADASSASF*CK"

Update: Spider-Man: Web of Shadows, developed by Shaba Games, is due out this November 21 for the Xbox 360, PS3, PS2, PSP, Nintendo Wii, DS and PC platforms.

Korg-DS-10

This is an amazing game application for the Nintendo DS. Basically, Korg has taken the design concept of their famous MS-10 synthesizer and thrown in a four-part drum module, two analog synth simulators, a 6-track/16-step sequencer and made it usable with the touchscreen. This is a must have for any musician that owns a DS. It doesn't have MIDI compatability, but you can export it through the audio output (aka headphone jack). This will be released tomorrow, but for now only through online retailers.

Here's a list of features:

- Two patchable dual-oscillator analog synth simulators:
- Four-part drum machine that uses sounds created with the analog synth simulator
- Six-track (analog synth x 2, drum machine x 4) /16-step sequencer
- Delay, chorus and flanger sound effects available from the mixing board
- Three note-entry modes: touch-control screen, keyboard screen, matrix screen
- Real-time sound control mode via touch-control screen
- Exchange sounds and songs and play multiple units simultaneously through a wireless communications link
